You will play a critical role in designing and building our AI-first data computing platform. This is not just an execution role — we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, moves with intention, and can take ideas from concept to production with a balance of technical depth and practical decision-making.

You’ll be working across the stack, applying modern technologies to develop performant, secure, and scalable systems. This is an opportunity to help shape the foundation of a platform that powers real-world AI applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend solutions
• Rapidly prototype and refine new products, working closely with design and product teams, leverage tools like Cursor to automate creating new frontend features.
• Design and maintain SDKs, CLI tools, and developer-facing platforms
• Lead projects from concept to production, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture

Tech stack requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Familiarity with our tech stack (we use Go, Rust, Kotlin, React, Node.js and TypeScript - the team, however, is language-agnostic, so we are flexible in our language requirements, especially if you are savvy with AI coding tools)
• Deep expertise in computer science with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a rigorous approach to software quality
• Tech writing and solid communication skills are essential

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed or decentralized architectures
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain protocols
• Background in multi-chain wallet development, EVM, or Substrate
• Prior exposure to AI/ML-driven applications
• Strong leadership skills and experience guiding technical teams
• Experience with GraphQL
• Samples of your code, documentation or tech articles will put your application on the fast track
